to continuous self-improvement, having 5 years of invaluable experience in Indirect Tax Litigation,
Intellectual Property prosecution, Indirect Tax Planning & Advisory, Various legal & technical tax
compliances and Financial Analysis in relation to GST (Goods & Services Tax) as well as the erstwhile
Central Excise, Service Tax & VAT regime.
Having extensive experience in litigation, he has recently been involved in major cases at Madhya
Pradesh High Court & CESTAT New Delhi. He also specializes in conducting internal tax audits, due

proceedings, scrutiny and enquiries of the jurisdictional officers, investigation proceedings conducted by
