- Help Understand how and when Claims and Specification are to be amended in view of the cited prior art references
- Help Understand how to specifically respond to 102, 103, and especially 101 objections
- Help Understand how to conduct Examiner Interviews to help keep the costs low for Clients
- Help Understand how to approach the Office Action response to complete the exercise in 1 Days’ time frame
- Help Understand the kind of expressions/language to be written while responding to the office actions
- Help Understand how to approach overall prosecution in the US and when to conduct Examiner Interviews
- Help Understand how to handle issues pertaining to Restriction Requirements, Double Patenting, and Terminal Disclaimers
- Help understand how to work efficiently with the US Counsel(s) to keep the costs low for the clients.
- Lastly, we would also be arranging a virtual session once in a quarter, with one of the senior subject matter expert to discuss the queries of the enrolled students.
