Yashika Chadha is an Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana. Having graduated with a B.A.LL.B (Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, she soon got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She specializes in litigation, with a prime focus on Arbitration and other Civil and Commercial Laws. Yashika’s experience extends to drafting pleadings, and opinions, conducting extensive research on pertinent issues, and appearing before several Judicial Authorities and Tribunals. She has a professional membership of the Delhi High Court in addition to being registered with the Bar Council of Delhi.
