Kuldeep is a Principal Associate at Khurana & Khurana. He is a Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA 2773) and an Advocate (Reg. No. D/842/2020). Kuldeep holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering along with Bachelor’s degree in Law. Kuldeep has over 9 years of experience in Indian Patent prosecution relating to technologies in the field of electronics, telecommunication, mechanical, software, ecommerce, Instrumentation, automobile, medical devices and electrical. He has mainly focused on responses to FER, attending hearings before the Controller and client queries. Kuldeep was also a research Associate at Indian Institute of technology (Delhi) and has 3 years of research experience in wireless communication. Kuldeep has one research publication in International journal and also presented a research paper at a national conference on wireless communication and VLSI Design. Prior to Khurana & Khurana, Kuldeep has worked with Perfexio legal (Noida), Groser & Groser (Gurugram), Remfry and Sagar (Gurugram) and Kan and Krishme (Delhi) Law firms.
