Aatir is an Associate working with the Litigation Team, at Khurana and Khurana. He specializes in
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters. He has experience in the field of Litigation, Arbitration,
Corporate Laws, Copyright & Trademark matters. He regularly appears for clients before various Courts
and Tribunals including the City Civil Court, Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal etc. He
has assisted and handled complex Litigations and Arbitration matters including in the areas of Property
Disputes, Real Estate, Commercial Disputes, Consumer Disputes, Testamentary Disputes, Family
matters and IBC matters. At times, he has also argued matters at the Bombay High Court. Aatir comes
from a family having strong law background and he is inspired by their contribution to the legal fraternity
and society at large. In his present role at the firm, he manages the Litigation practice at the Firm and
also handles matters related to Corporate Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, IPR and Arbitration. He
works on drafting and vetting of documents, legal research, preparing arguments, drafting and replying to
legal notices, assisting in litigation, legal strategy and advising clients. His carries a great enthusiasm &
curiosity on learning and understanding new issues and problems in law. He enjoys the rigors and
challenges that come with each case and he sincerely and dedicatedly works towards each matter. Apart
from his professional life and work, he is also sports enthusiastic.
