Ancy is an associate in Trademarks and Copyright Department at Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. She has graduated with a B.com L.L.B (Hons.) degree from CUSAT, Kerala and has completed L.L.M with specialisation in Intellectual Property Laws from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur. Her research area in L.L.M was on the Interface of Data Protection and Copyright. She focuses her practice area on Trademark prosecution specializing in drafting of Notice of Opposition, Counter Statement, Affidavit in support of evidence and reply to objections raised by Registry. Apart from her focus in IP she is also passionate about the areas of Competition Law, Contracts Law and Human Rights Law.
