Anuja Saraswat is an Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana & Khurana. She has graduated with a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai. She is also specialized in Intellectual Property Laws. She has prior experience as an intern at various law firms including but not limited to K&S partners and Inttl Advocare where she has worked along with the trademark litigation as well as prosecution team. She also holds experience in vetting and drafting Legal Agreements.
