Ashish is an Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana & Khurana. He did his graduation in B.Pharmacy from the AISSMS College, Pune University, Pune, and post-graduation M.Pharmacy from ALRAD COP, Pune University, Pune. He also holds a LL.B. degree from TMV’s Law College, Pune. He has past experience of internships under various Advocates and law firms. He is actively involved in contract drafting and vetting and appearing before the courts for various litigation matters. His area of practice focuses on preparing FER responses for Patents, Trademark prosecution, and infringement, dealing with commercial matters, due diligence, and handling client queries.
