Deeksha Prakash is an Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana. Having graduated with a BBA LLB degree from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad in 2022, she soon got enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council. She has previously interned with esteemed entities such as Latham & Watkins LLP, White & Case LLP and the Chambers of Namrata Pahwa. Considering her passion towards IP law, she has also been trained in IP- related certificate courses organized by renowned organizations such as WIPO. She has been an intern with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana since August 2021 and has recently started to gain more experience with the Corporate Commercial team as well. Since then, she has demonstrated her considerable skills in legal research, drafting, translating, reviewing and rendering assistance in courts in areas such as IP law, IPC, CrPC, CPC, Negotiable Instruments Act, etc.
