Dr. Priya is a senior associate at Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys, she holds a Doctorate degree in Organometallic Chemistry from Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi. She has further been into 4 years of post-doctoral research at University of Delhi, IIT Bombay and Tel Aviv University, Israel. She has published 13 peer-reviewed International research papers, being the first author in 12 of them and second in 1. She has also taught B.Sc (Chem. Honors) and M.Tech (Chemical Synthesis and Process Technology) courses at University of Delhi as a Guest Lecturer. Dr. Priya has been into the domain of patents for 3 years, having worked into patent searches such as Novelty/Patentability, Invalidity/Validity, Freedom to Operate (FTO) Searches, Preparing IP Landscape reports in various technology domains, Chemical Structure Searching using SciFinder, PubChem, SureChem etc., Patent Claim Mapping, Drafting of patent specifications (Provisional and Complete) and Prosecution of patents. Prior to Khurana & Khurana, Dr. Priya has worked with Zeus IP Advocates/Services and Evalueserve (SEZ), Gurgaon in the domain of patents.
