He has worked on various sports leagues in the past and advised on the structuring of the league rules; Prosecution on copyright infringement matters. He has worked with a distinguished line up of Production Houses, Film Producers, Audio Visual Content Producers, Sports personalities, global clients in the Music and events industry, award-winning singers, music producers, independent music record labels, film directors, actors, celebrities, authors and screenwriters. He represented clients in disputes pertaining to and Commercial Law at Various Judicial and quasi-judicial Authorities across India. He has also worked extensively on advising, negotiating, drafting, vetting and structuring various agreements related to Intellectual Property laws such as IP Assignment Agreements, Co-Production Deals, Strategic Alliance Agreements, Non- Disclosure Agreements, Agreements related to Media and Entertainment Law, Commercial agreements. He has an LLB degree from Ambedkar College (Nagpur University).
