With a strong background in Civil Litigation, Nishank has appeared in diverse matters including those before the Real Estate Authority and various Consumer Commissions dealing with service deficiencies and product defects. He has represented clients in forums ranging from the City Civil Court to the National Company Law Tribunal, as well as before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, invoking and defending on behalf of both corporates and individuals. His practice extends to the Writ jurisdiction of the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India. In his current capacity, Nishank leads the Litigation practice at the Mumbai Office and excels in drafting a range of agreements and contract documentation including Leases, Licenses, Memorandum of Understanding, Family Settlement Agreements, Power of Attorneys, Wills, and Gift Deeds.
