Hemavathi is a Senior Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana. She
graduated from Government Law College, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu in the year 2018. She completed
her masters in IPR from the Madras University in 2021. Hemavathi is also enrolled in the Tamil Nadu
State Bar Council. She has gathered considerable amount experience in the field of civil and commercial
litigations, Banking, Insolvency matters, family disputes, Labour and Service cases and real estate
matters. She has argued many cases before High Court, Debt Recovery Tribunals, National Company
