Raghavendra is Principal Associate at Khurana & Khurana. He is a Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA2210) and an Advocate (Reg. No. D/1092/2021). He is also a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Raghavendra has over 13 years of experience in Indian Patent prosecution relating to technologies in the field of Chemistry, Electronics, Telecommunication,
Mechanical, Software, E-commerce, Instrumentation, Automobile, Medical Devices and Electrical Engineering. He represented many large corporations during his previous employments. At Khurana and Khurana he his main focus is on responses to FER, attending hearings before the Controller and client queries. Prior to Khurana & Khurana, he worked with other renowned law firms based in Delhi/NCR. He has also worked as in house Patent Attorney at UFLEX Limited Noida, which is largest packaging company in India, where he was responsible for IPR portfolio management along with worldwide protection of the IPR generated in-house including PCT and National Phase filings.
