Rashi is a law graduate from CSJM University, Kanpur and has completed her certification course on Intellectual Property Rights and Competition Law (IP Comp) conducted by FICCI, New Delhi. She has legal experience since 2016 and her interest area is Intellectual Property Rights majorly related to Trademarks, Copyright, Domain disputes and IP enforcement.
She is a keen and an enthusiastic IP (Intellectual Property) lawyer who is well versed in handling the IP matters and specializes in handling Trademarks matters related to conducting searches, drafting of replies against objections raised by the Trademark registries, Notice of opposition, counterstatement, rectification and evidences, appearing before the Registrars for hearing, etc. along with drafting legal notices and agreements. Learned Japanese (spoken Japanese) as a foreign Language from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.
