Sushama is a Senior Patent Associate at Khurana & Khurana. She is a Registered Patent Agent India (IN/PA 5901) with master’s degree in Information Technology and LL.B hons. in Intellectual property (IP) law from IIT- Kharagpur. She has over 3.5 years’ experience in IT domain and 2 years of experience in IP domain relating to technologies in the field of electronics, semiconductor, telecommunication, mechanical, software, automobile and electrical. She has expertise in Patent drafting, Novelty searches, Patent invalidity searches, Freedom-to operate search (FTO), Patent claim chart preparation / claim analysis, Patent infringement analysis, and Office Action Responses. She has worked with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. In the previous organization, she has worked on the Patentability search, Infringement analysis, claim chart preparation, and client communication. Sushama is working with Khurana & Khurana since 5 months as a Senior Patent Associate and handling responsibilities of patent drafting and prosecution along with client communication.
