Vishal is a Senior Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. He has more than 6 years of experience in Patent prosecution and drafting with domain expertise in Chemicals, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, and Pharmaceuticals. He holds a Masters degree in Medicinal Chemistry from NIPER (Mohali). He is involved in preparing and filing responses to Examination reports, Hearing notice, written submissions at IPO. Vishal is also involved in preparing and filing responses to office actions as issued by foreign patent offices of countries like USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, Brazil, UK, China, etc., and able to retrieve data using Scifinder, USPAIR, Espacenet, AusPat, CIPO, JPlatPat, Google patents, Google scholar, Science-direct and PubMed. He further has expertise in Chemical Structure Searching using SciFinder, Reaxys, PubChem, Chemspider, etc.
