Invention relates to Ethosome compositions for transdermal drug delivery comprises therapeutically effective amount of curcumin, phospholipon 90H, cholesterol, propylene glycol and ethanol. The process comprises dissolving curcumin, cholesterol and phospholipon 90H in ethanol and propylene, addition of distilled water, cooling homogenisation to obtain the ethosome composition.
